Sleuths of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Sunday arrested the mastermind behind the drug racket involving two Iranian nationals.
Shoukath Ali of Chennai, alleged to the prime suspect, and his associate Noushad of Delhi were arrested by a special team in Thane (near Mumbai) where the duo met up in a flat to take stock of the situation following the arrest of the Iranian nationals Mosavi and Zafrany.
