Lifestyle Show inaugurated

The annual show is a blend of opulence and utility



District Collector S. Suresh Kumar inaugurated The Hindu Metroplus Lifestyle Show-2012 at Bandlamudi Gardens in Vijayawada on Friday.


The Lifestyle show was powered by State Bank of Hyderabad. General Manager, (RNW South Zone-111), J. Sitapathi Sarma, Assistant General Manager, D. Srinivasa Rao and Assistant Regional General Manager of The Hindu, Advertisements, SLB Ramakrishna were also present.


Mr. Suresh Kumar along with senior officers of SBH went round the stalls and showed a keen interest in the wide array of home appliances, imported furniture sets and brass artefacts. He said that the show features the most modern and quality appliances that have an enduring appeal for all ages.


The State Bank of Hyderabad set up a stall where information about various offers on home and auto loans is available.


The annual show, a blend of opulence and utility, featured 50 stalls on a 12,000 square feet air conditioned space. An array of brass and bronze artefacts from Sai Siddeswara Arts & Frames has a range of exclusive artefacts of dancing Nataraja, Gautama Buddha in penance and many images of idols crafted by skilled artisans from Orissa. Grasim Gwalior has come up with an offer of buy one get two trouser bits and the offer includes tailoring by company professionals and shipped to home within a week.


A range of designer clocks, house hold furniture items, kitchen ware and consumer durables are also included in the show. The show begins at 10.30 a.m. and concludes at 8.30 p.m. and the entry ticket is Rs. 20 per head and ample free parking is available for both cars and motor cycles.


The show was powered by SBH and Prestige was the co-sponsor for the event. Eenadu is the media partner for the event and I Ads and events are the event partners for all the shows conducted across South India since its inception in 2004 in Chennai.
