Devotees crossing ‘Jwalathoranam’ lit to mark Kartika Pournami at Uma Ramalingeswara Swamy temple at Santipuram in Visakhapatnam on Wednesday. The burning thoranam is crossed thrice with idols of Lord Siva and His consort Parvati.
