Ashok Subramanian (GJSR) cantered to a 6-2 win over Varun Kumar (SIAA) in the best of 11 frames final of the third Tamil Nadu 6-Red snooker state-ranking tournament. Even though Varun Kumar had the highest break of 72 out of the 75 points possible, his hard work failed to see him through to the finish line in the title chase.
